1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Tech Quality Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services include laptop sales (new and refurbished), chip-level repairs, and technical consultancy.

2. Repair Services & Warranty

• All repairs are subject to a diagnostic fee which will be communicated upfront.
• We provide a limited warranty on chip-level repairs, subject to specific device conditions.
• Data Loss: Tech Quality Systems is not responsible for data loss during repair. Customers are strongly advised to back up their data before submitting devices.
• Abandoned items (devices not collected within 60 days of repair completion) may be disposed of to recover service costs.

3. Sales & Returns

• New Laptops: Carry manufacturer warranties as per brand policy.
• Used Laptops: We provide a specific shop warranty on refurbished laptops. Condition and warranty period will be mentioned at the time of sale.
• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects within the specified return window.

4. Payments

Payments for repairs are due upon completion of the service. For custom laptop orders, an advance payment may be required.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
